When you break the norm, you never know what will happen.
There’s that one thing that you always wanted to do, or that you know you should be doing but don’t think it’s possible right now in your current situation.
Try it.
Try to move towards that thing. Make that call, send that email, put your hands to work creating that thing.
Find people who are doing what you do and try to emulate them. Find out what they did when they started. You’ll be surprised that they too were once beginners.
It’s never too late to start something, and you’re never too young to be the best at what you do.
When you find your passion, it doesn’t feel like work. It feels effortless. It feels like you are growing and have hope in your life again.
If you don’t like what you start, simply stop doing it. No one will get hurt, no one will criticize you.
But at the same time, don’t mistake a lull for a reason to stop what you’re pursuing. Push through the tough stuff if it’s something you know you should be doing.
It’s the people that strive for something and come out on the other side that succeed.
Don’t be afraid to start.
