Altering My Own Mindset Is The Hardest Thing I’ve Ever Done

And I’m not going to stop anytime soon.

June 17, 2017

I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t know everything.

And I’ve also come to a place in my life where I don’t care what people think about me.

The old me would have obliged to whatever was normal, whatever was practical.

The new me has huge goals and lives a very impractical life.

The things I do are considered crazy by most.

My mindset used to be controlled by others before. Now, it’s my own.

It’s scary challenging all of the things you learned growing up.

But it’s also the most freeing thing.

There’s a better way to live. If you’re feeling stuck, complaining a lot, or just unsatisfied, do the things you do now line up with who you really are?

You don’t have to change everything about yourself. In fact, a lot of things won’t change. But your attitude and mindset will change.

Think of other’s first. Help solve their problems using your own talents.

You’ll be amazed at how happy you can be when you don’t think about yourself all of the time.

Find your truths. Blaze your own trail. Be the light that someone needs.
